As part of the admin team, this role plays an active part in ensuring the team can deliver the various functions of the department and you therefore may be required to cover for other members of the team in the service assistant role and reception. This successful candidate will need to be a strong team player, who is willing to get stuck in and happy to help where needed.

Hours     40 hours per week Monday to Friday. As the project is 24-7 the post holder may be required to work bank holidays in order to ensure there is sufficient cover.
£23,947 per annum.
Annual Leave 20 days per annum, rising by 1 day per year to a maximum of 25 days, plus 8 bank holidays.
The postholder will be assessed under pension auto enrolment legislation and if eligible will be enrolled into a qualifying scheme and the organisation will pay minimum employer contributions into the scheme.
DBS Requirement 
There is no DBS requirement for this post. However, all staff are expected to read and comply with Church Army’s Safer Ministry Policy. 
Probation Period
The post is offered subject to a successful six-month probationary period.
Notice Period
4 weeks (after completion of probation period).
