The Marylebone Project is one of the largest women’s hostels in the UK for women affected by homelessness. Those we support are often affected by substance misuse, unemployment, domestic violence and mental health issues. Whatever their story, we aim for the same ending; self-esteem, employment and independent living. We do this by providing shelter, education opportunities, spiritual space and events in a welcoming and secure environment.
We are looking for someone who can provide responsive support to women. The post holder will be expected to deliver outstanding customer service to our beneficiaries and partners, work as a team with colleagues and stakeholders to provide effective holistic support. They must also work to provide a welcoming, safe and secure environment for the women we serve, have a strong commitment to working with people, and be an active and participatory member of the Marylebone Project and Church Army.
