The Marylebone Project is one of the largest women’s hostels in the UK for women affected by homelessness. Those we support are often affected by substance misuse, unemployment, domestic violence and mental health issues. Whatever their story, we aim for the same ending; self-esteem, employment and independent living. We do this by providing shelter, education opportunities, spiritual space and events in a welcoming and secure environment.
The role of the Social Enterprise Catering Coordinator is to run Munch in Marylebone, ensuring both our educational and financial objectives are met. The role involves ensuring that we are operating as a professional business, adhering to all food safety legislation, as well as providing a safe learning space for the women at the Project. This is a unique role within the Marylebone Project, which requires both the drive to run a successful business and the ability to train and empower our service users.
