£32,890 to £35,700 per annum - Senior position.

The Marylebone Project is one of the largest women’s hostels in the UK for women affected by homelessness. Those we support are often affected by substance misuse, unemployment, domestic violence and mental health issues. Whatever their story, we aim for the same ending; self-esteem, employment and independent living. We do this by providing shelter, education opportunities, spiritual space and events in a welcoming and secure environment.
We are looking for a strong leader to join our team and oversee the service functions of the Project which include admin, finance reception and housekeeping. You will be someone who seeks to get the best out of others and is a strong team player able to see how functions can work well together. You will be a leader modelling the culture and ethos to others and participate in the overall responsibilities of the Project.
